    Hi, the previous owner installed this in my me f30. I connected my phone using the hdmi cable and hdmi to usb converter cable extension and still the screen is stuck on. HD LINK. Waiting for connection of HDMI device… please connect the device with HDMI cable.

    But it is already connected so I don’t understand how to fix. Please could you help?
